Hi everyone

I'm working with nanoporous semiconducting electrodes made by Dr. Balde and I want to measure the flat band potential using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. However, in the literature is clear than there is not an agreement if this technique is useful or not, this is due to the fact than nanocrystalline materials are not allowed to support a depletion zone because its small size. In the other hands, the articles who use this technique for flat band measurement of this type of electrode is growing in number and you can usually find new articles using this technique. So, I just want to now if some of you know something about it or you know about and article or book who can explain it.

Thanks
Wink
